For this, ACIE uses the knowledge of TECNOTOOLING, its subsidiary specialized in injections, product design, metal or alloy as ZAMAC for our metal keys, but also vandalproof enclosure and plates for keypads and readers.

Our engineers work closer to our differents suppliers to stay aware as best and to be able to operate with all the technological resources they can. ACIE also ensures that the whole components and products are in accordance with ROHS standard.

Self-certification ability is also essential in research of quality standards; indeed, ACIE has all the required tools to get a product tested in the EC standards before it get patented in an approved laboratory. Thus, products getting out of our warehouses received violent electrostatic discharges to check the strength of electronic, had time in a climatic room to study the positive effects of tropicalization, graphite contacts of keys have been solicited by a mechanical finger more than million times with a pressure upper than the one required by the standards.
